  • Consult with vendors and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including Robotics Factory governance model, Roles and Responsibilities, Operating model (development and Run), Demand Management and business process improvement and risk identification/ mitigation.
  • Will be expected to play a leading role in end-to-end opportunities in automation projects.
  • Will have to build on their existing industry and technical knowledge to support the organisation in guiding their business through the challenges of implementing key business transformation initiatives, which drive change and process automation within the organisation.
  • Will be part of a team that applies innovative and cutting-edge technology, such as RPA, and AI to support our internal clients with their most significant challenges, including large scale transformation programmes, business processing and regulatory change.
  • Will be able to validate an existing RPA setup and provide recommendation
  • Will be involved at every stage of the process throughout design, build and operate.
  • Will be able to provide roadmap for moving from RPA only to RPA OCR to RPA OCR AI (NLP, ML, Advanced Analytics)

Position Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using different tools(a plus), design principles, and conventions
  • Configure robotics processes and objects efficiently using core workflow principles; ensure they are easily maintainable and easy to understand
  • Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Solve day to day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions
  • Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and Production phase

Mongo DB Consultant

Ideal candidate must have

  • Hands-on experience with creating collections, access method tuning, sharding implementation, index creation, and debugging query execution to obtain top database performance, Data security and meeting compliance standards.
  • Very strong object oriented design skills with proven track record of well-engineered design.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-scale software architectures, Micro-services, serverless architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations

  • Experience with applications Performance tuning and troubleshooting.
